Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will follow-up on all dental insurance claims that are outstanding more than 30 days. Dental insurance claims that remain open after 90 days may be converted to patient responsibility. The patient will receive notice by e-mail, text and/or in the mail requesting payment within 30 days of conversion. If payment is not received within 30 days, the account will be flagged as delinquent through an alert in the patient’s chart.
